River Church
We are a young, charismatic community of people united by faith in the living God and the promises of His Word. In every meeting we experience His real presence, knowing that one touch from God can change the whole course of a life. Together we pray in faith for impossible things and we see results! On Sundays we worship with all our hearts, in the freedom of the Spirit, and all week long we enjoy the warm fellowship of a family of believers, building one another up and supporting each other in personal challenges. We experience the closeness of the Holy Spirit and learn to follow His leading, “adding” new chapters to the Book of Acts, the only book of the Bible that has no ending.
As a local community we are part of the global network of River churches and of Revival Ministries International, a ministry known for its international missions work and for one of the greatest charismatic revivals of our time.
We pray together about current needs under the leading of the Holy Spirit. We often pray in the Spirit, in other tongues. If you haven’t yet experienced the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues, we will gladly help you receive this amazing gift!
These meetings have no structure or plan set by us; they are fully yielded to the leading of the Spirit. We pray, prophesy, teach as He inspires us and learn to move in the gifts of the Spirit.
The first part of the service is passionate worship in music, followed by teaching from the Word of God. We end every service with ministry and prayer with the laying on of hands. After the service there is time to get to know each other and build relationships over coffee and refreshments.
These are events you don’t want to miss! We share the good news, bringing God’s love to every person. We often go out on the streets with hot chocolate, and simple scripts based on the Word of God help us share the Gospel effectively.
We run an accredited Bible school, and its graduates can receive a bachelor’s degree recognized in the USA. The school’s goal is to go deep into the Word, build a strong foundation of faith, learn to minister in the anointing and prepare for ministry: in the church, in the workplace and in every sphere of life.
We regularly host meetings with world-class ministers who flow in the gifts of the fivefold ministry. We also travel to conferences abroad, including Tampa in Florida, Helsinki and Amsterdam. Each of these events is not only a chance to draw from a spiritual heritage (reaching back to men of God such as Kenneth E. Hagin), but above all to receive an anointing to live boldly and to advance the Kingdom in the power of the Spirit.
Since 2026 we have been holding remarkable Kingdom Business meetings, where successful leaders of Christian companies minister. We broaden our understanding of how the Gospel can permeate the marketplace, one of the most neglected mission fields. We are not afraid to talk about the blessing God gives believers to multiply their influence and to provide for the Church.
Our DNA
Jesus is the center of our faith, the only biblical mediator, who accomplished full and sufficient redemption for our sins on the cross of Calvary. We receive salvation by believing in our hearts and confessing with our mouths Jesus Christ as Lord (see, among others, Rom 10:9-10). Jesus is not only our Savior and Lord, but also our perfect Physician, Advocate and Judge, and our Provider.
To us the Bible is the living Word of God. It conveys unchanging doctrine on matters of life and faith, and it also speaks to a specific person in a specific situation. We read it, preach it and build our lives on it, because it changes the way we think, and then our whole life.
We believe the Holy Spirit works today just as He did in the Book of Acts. We tangibly experience His touch in prayer and learn to yield to His gentle leading. We pray for healing, prophesy, speak in tongues and see God touch people. This is our everyday life.
Faith is a conviction and assurance based on specific promises of Scripture, and it turns into action. We learn to trust God in concrete decisions and to live in the authority Jesus gave His disciples.
We believe God has a specific and unique assignment for every person. Through teaching, RSM Poland and serving in the church, we help people discover it and we equip believers to fulfill their calling, whatever its nature and reach.
We believe a believer cannot develop the fullness of their calling without being lastingly part of the community of a local church. We make sure relationships in the church are built on openness and true brotherhood. We build them by spending time together after services, in prayer and evangelism together, and by working side by side for the common good in ministries of practical help.
We take the Gospel to the streets of Warsaw and help people practically through Fundacja Czynów Niezwykłych „Rzeka Życia” (the “River of Life” Foundation of Extraordinary Deeds). We organize events for families and for those who are alone, both inside the building and outside its walls. Here faith is alive and goes beyond the walls.
We are part of the River network, with churches in the United States, Turkey, Germany, the Netherlands and Finland. The same fire, different cities, and pastors who know each other personally and support one another.
Michał and Ewelina Glonek have led River Church since 2025. Before that, from 2017, they served in the church as leaders, supporting the work of its founders, pastors Jerzy and Bożena Piotrowscy. Over the years they preached, taught, organized evangelistic events and lectured at the Bible school (now River School of Ministry).
Their shared journey of faith began in 2010, shortly after a conference with Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne, where prophetic words were spoken about a mighty calling for young people in Poland. When Kościół Uliczny (“Street Church”) invited them to their first service, they reacted in dramatically different ways. Ewelina was thrilled. She felt she had found “real Bible-believing Christians”, a species she thought had gone extinct along with the dinosaurs. Michał, on the other hand, was at first completely overwhelmed by the freedom and joy of the believers. It took many months before he laid down his weapons and let God take full control of his life.
A divine “coincidence” meant that soon afterwards they were sent on their first mission together, to Street Church in Calgary (Canada). There, under the watchful eye of pastor Artur Pawłowski, they went through a true “school of life” and lived an unforgettable adventure of faith that laid a solid foundation for all their future ministry.
In 2016, with a daughter just two years old, they heard a clear call from God to go to the River Bible school in Istanbul. Their time in Turkey was intense in every way. They completed the 3-year program in just 14 months, all in the shadow of extreme “attractions”: a military coup and several Islamic terrorist attacks. These experiences became living proof of God’s protection for them, but above all they shaped their character, toughening them to break through religious patterns and to bring the fire of revival into Poland’s spiritual reality.
Today the ministry of Michał and Ewelina is marked by anointed preaching of the Word, a vibrant partnership with the Holy Spirit and an abundance of testimonies of God’s faithfulness and the great power of faith. Their hearts burn with the dream of raising up in Poland a whole army of people deeply rooted in sound doctrine, aware of the weight of God’s calling, full of the Holy Spirit and sharing the same passion to save the lost. In 2026 they received an official ministry license from Revival Ministries International.
